Carson City RV Park is much more than just a majestic camping experience!
We offer a beautiful setting and facilities for weddings that are sure to create memories for a lifetime. Historically, a children’s summer camp, Carson City RV Park has transformed to offer so much more to our communities. The tabernacle is now called the Chapel (and will be referred to as the Carson City Chapel in the future) and is currently undergoing extensive renovations, while preserving the original character of the building. Just a short walk to the Lodge, the chapel is for the ceremony only. Also available to the bride and groom is the Pavilion where meals for the weekend can be prepared and enjoyed. Instead of having a one-day event, the entire RV Park will be available to the bride and groom for the weekend, making this a once-in-a-lifetime gala!
The Lodge
One of the dormitories is being restored as "The Lodge" where the bride and groom can each have a room (on separate floors) to prepare for their upcoming wedding. There will be two large suites (bedrooms and bathrooms) on each floor, to accommodate not only the bride and groom, but those standing beside each of them during the service whether they be the best man and the maid/matron of honor, or the parents of the bride and groom. Kitchenettes and sitting areas will be on each floor, so everything needed will be available.
The Cafe
The kitchen will allow for the caterers to heat the food or keep it cool, only to serve however desired ... cafeteria style or a sit-down dinner. There is plenty of seating for all to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing dinner.
The possibilities are endless!
There are so many options. With the pavilion, the couple may want to have a pig roast or a bbq and keep everything outdoors on those beautiful summer days! There is enough outdoor space to set up tables and have catered events. Or, the couple might choose to have food trucks, which are so popular today.

Banquet Facilities / Special Events
Carson City RV Park offers spacious facilities for all your special events. Lodging, camping, indoor and outdoor seating is available along with kitchen and restroom facilities. In many cases, our entire park can be reserved for your event!
